About the Role: The AVP, Actuarial Modernization will help shape pricing across our personal lines portfolio by leading rigorous actuarial work that supports rate adequacy, segmentation, and long-term portfolio performance. We are looking for someone with deep technical strength who can independently tackle complex pricing questions and turn analysis into clear, credible recommendations. The role will partner closely with product and modeling teams to support broader strategy and initiatives. Success in the role requires both actuarial rigor and sound judgment, along with the ability to communicate clearly across actuarial and business audiences.
