The DOC will be the liaison between all Food Services operations at Carewest. Key duties include preparing financial reports, processing food preferences, allergies, intolerances, and meal tallies, as well as managing menus and tray tickets. The DOC will also ensure effective communication with other departments regarding patient meals, snacks, and nourishment supplies. This position requires the ability to bend, lift, and push items weighing up to 20 lbs.
