Pay & Schedule: $21-$23 per hour , depending on experience Schedule: 7PM-5:30AM: Full-time position with consistent hours: Key Responsibilities: Inspect product weight, labeling, packaging, and overall quality Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production Monitor critical control points (CCPs) like metal detection and cooking temps Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing Assist with USDA, FDA, and BRC inspections Train production staff on quality standards and documentation Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred 6...
