Beacon Social Drinkery Bar Back will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance to the Luminary Hotel & Co. service standards and standards of Mainsail Lodging & Development. Beacon Bar Back will also be responsible for helping all other staff and operations to maintain a well-organized, clean and well stocked outlet. Friendly interactions with patrons will be required but focus will be on the support staff position. Position: Beacon Bar Back Location: Fort Myers, FL: Reports to: Beacon General Manager, Beacon Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage Supervisor Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly): Essential Functions: - Provide service to bartenders in a timely manner - Prepare all mixes and garnishes - Ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine and consumable items - Keep bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, trash, etc. throughout shift - Keep back bar clean and organized - Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment - Clean all spills immediately and place all trash in prop...
