Position Summary: The Manager, Investigations will be responsible for all STERIS ethics cases globally, including intake, tracking, review, assignment, coordination, and preparation or collection of the investigative report. They will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the monthly reporting for the Ethics Committee and the quarterly reporting for the Board of Directors meetings. They will participate as an investigator regarding investigations related to fraud, financial, inventory theft, conflicts of interest, I&T, and certain Human Resources investigations. They will research, implement and train all investigators on a new ethics case reporting system.
