Job Title MVS Specialist/Resource Planner Job Description: MVS Specialis/Resource Planner: The MVS Specialist / Resource Planner plays a critical dual role in ensuring excellent customer experience through effective service coordination and optimized workforce planning. The role is responsible for managing customer service requests, service repairs, returns, and order processes (60%), while also planning, scheduling, and optimizing service resources and preventive maintenance activities (40%). The position is a key interface between customers, field teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring service delivery in line with contractual commitments, SLAs, and quality standards.
