Description Job Description: HVAC Service Technician IV is responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners. Must be able to properly startup, diagnose and repair issues on various types of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Requirements: Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) · Startup and test equipment on commercial and industrial facilities. · Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. · Log all startup information and service work orders into company provided iPad. · Meet equipment startup deadlines and inform Service Manager of any issues. · Maintain inventory and cleanliness of company provided vehicle. · Follow all safety rules and procedures of Rogers Mechanical and General Contractors. · Cleaning adjusting and maintaining HVAC systems. · Provide technical direction and on the job training to customers. · Must be able to work after hours, weekends with short notice. · Must demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of air duct distribution systems, commercial and industrial. · Know rele...
