Objective To support client in revising and updating regulated food and beverage training courses, ensuring compliance with current laws and accurately reflecting industry-specific terminology and regulatory nuances. Profile Overview: Client is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Writer specializing in food and beverage compliance training. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of regulated training content, including Alcohol Seller/Server, Food Handler, Food Manager, and HACCP programs. This individual must understand regulatory documentation requirements and nuanced terminology, such as distinctions between “impairment” and “intoxication,” as they apply to alcohol service laws.
