POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Accounts Representative (PAR) is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification and account counseling. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent, required - Proven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferred - Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information - Composure in fast paced, high pressure environments - Willingness and ability to learn new technologies - Dependable, punctual, and highly detail oriented - Strong multitasking and independent work capabilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Accurate documentation skills - Ability to follow established workflows consistently WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Varying Schedule)
