Job Purpose: The Associate Investment Manager will support the delivery of investment management services to clients, ensuring all activity meets the highest professional standards and complies with FCA regulations. The role focuses on developing strong client relationships, supporting senior team members, and contributing to the Company’s strategic growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Client Portfolio Management: - Manage, monitor, and administer client portfolios in line with agreed objectives, the Company’s investment philosophy, and prevailing market views. - Support the ongoing suitability assessment of client portfolios, ensuring alignment with Consumer Duty, client outcomes, and TCF requirements. - Execute timely and accurate portfolio actions, including deployment of new funds, capital raises, CGT reviews, and restructuring of new or transferred‑in portfolios. - Assist with rebalancing, bulk switches, individual client reviews, and model maintenance within Figaro. - Place execution‑only orders promptly and accurately.
