What’s the role?: This role puts you at the centre of Westpac’s enterprise media and partnership decisions. You’ll define and lead the Group wide media and strategic partnerships strategy, shaping how we invest, who we partner with and how those partnerships come to life across the business. You’ll bring together brand ambition, commercial outcomes and disciplined governance to ensure our media and partnership portfolio delivers clear value and growth. You’ll work closely with executive leaders across Marketing, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Risk and Digital, acting as a trusted advise on investment decisions. You’ll also lead and develop a high performing team and agency ecosystem, setting a strong culture of accountability, performance and innovation.
