Job Description: Real Estate Investment Analyst Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Real Estate Investment Analyst will support the growth and management of Fidelity’s direct real estate business. The Analyst will work cross functionally, focusing on acquisition underwriting, due diligence, asset management, fund and portfolio management, market research, and investor reporting. This role will have exposure to multiple real estate markets, transaction structures and product types including industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and data center. The Analyst will join a small and rapidly growing team in a highly visible role within Fidelity’s alternative product division. The Role: Underwriting acquisition opportunities by building complex Argus and Excel-based financial models, maintaining comprehensive deal pipelines, interfacing with 3rd parties to develop pro-forma assumptions, and authoring investment committee memoranda and other supporting materials Compiling market research including rent, lease and sales comparables, 3rd party econometric and macroeconomic forecasts, and other research to support acquisition, asset management, and...
