Experience analysing legislative and regulatory obligations for applicability, under U.S. and international laws and regulations, and a proven track record of unwavering adherence to governmental filing cadences are essential elements of this role. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a deep understanding of contract law, and a general working knowledge of corporate formalities, including board and shareholder resolutions, shareholder agreements, and share option awards. The role will require extensive collaboration across multiple functions.
