Schedule Full Time: 80 Hours/Biweekly: Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm: General Summary: Performs a variety of tasks to support the system-wide mission of Logistics and Distribution including, but not limited to, issuing supplies, maintaining inventories and compiling stock records, receiving, preparing items for shipment and/or return to vendor, etc. Performs data entry into various systems. Investigates and reconciles data issues to ensure reporting and accounting accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs a variety of tasks to support the system-wide mission of Logistics and Distribution including, but not limited to, issuing supplies, maintaining inventories and compiling stock records, receiving, preparing items for shipment and/or return to vendor, etc. Complies with US Postal Service Regulations. - Performs data entry into various systems. - Ensures data entry is done in a timely, accurate and consistent fashion, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. - Investigates and reconciles data issues to ensure reporting and accounting accuracy. - Tracks-Expedites-Statuses shortages/backorders for inventory items.
