THE POSITION: Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is looking for a Director-level Head of Inclusion to shape and champion initiatives that strengthen connection, belonging, and culture across the organization. This role leads FanDuel’s inclusion strategy and programming — embedding inclusive practices into how we work and ensuring our people feel valued and supported in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Head of Inclusion serves as a center of excellence partner to HR and HRBPs, designing scalable initiatives, advising on inclusive practices, and driving measurable cultural impact. This is an opportunity to meaningfully shape how inclusion comes to life at FanDuel. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company.
