https://www.desotec.com/en apply now Senior Design Reviewer & Construction Manager We are looking for a Senior Design Reviewer & Construction Manager to take ownership of a large-scale (€100M) industrial project in France (Ruitz), delivered under an EPC framework aligned with FIDIC Silver Book principles. This project focuses on both civil and process activities, involving the construction of an advanced activated carbon reactivation and recycling facility — set to become one of the most sustainable and modern installations of its kind in Europe. You will initially be based at our headquarters in Roeselare, where you will play a key role in the design review and project preparation phase. From 2027 onwards, you will transition to the site in Ruitz to lead the on-site construction activities. In this role, you will lead the full design review process, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, proactively manage risks, and ensure construction is executed safely, on time, and in line with all contractual obligations.
