Job description
A Day in Your Life at MKS As a Shipment & Export Specialist at MKS Inc., you will collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Customer Support, and external logistics partners. You will report to the Manager, Import/Export Compliance and play a key role in coordinating international and domestic shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across all export activities — including those governed by dual‑use, military, and ANCEX/ITAR/EAR regulations. You Will Make an Impact By: - Coordinating daily shipping and export operations to meet the organization’s Shipment Schedule. - Preparing and validating all export documentation, including commercial/proforma invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, certificates of origin, and regulatory notifications. - Managing communication and operational alignment with customs authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and courier services. - Ensuring full compliance with EU customs regulations, export control laws (dual‑use, military, ITAR/EAR), and internal MKS policies. - Defining, documenting, and maintaining local shipping and export procedures, ensuring consistent implemen...
