$21.45 - $22.95 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to assist the Kitchen Manager with ensuring that Harmons’ Kitchen department maintains quality standards and profitability. This person will be responsible for knowing all aspects of the full service Kitchen, helping train new associates, and providing exceptional customer service. This person will also determine production and inventory levels for Harmons’ Kitchen. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures - Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services Harmons’ Kitchen provides - Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the Kitchen - Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items - Ensures the Kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance - Delivers excellent customer service to all customers - Ordering product and creating production sheets to meet the needs of Harmons’ Kitchen based on past and projected sales - Active member of the Safety Committee which helps ensure the safety of both cust...
