About the Team: The Discretionary Global Macro trading desk is currently a 10-member team split between New York, London, and Hong Kong. The primary focus of the team is best-execution cross asset and timely and accurate trade booking in support of all 55 macro pods Point72 has globally covering Interest Rates, FX, Commodities, Credit and Equities. The team works directly with our PMs and Analysts in each pod to sourced liquidity, provide relevant market commentary and serve as a liaison with various internal partners including business, operations, margin, compliance and legal. Responsibilities: - Work with the macro trading team traders in the region assisting in all aspects of a trade lifecycle from pre-trade checks to execution and trade-booking - Be responsible for position maintenance (e.g. swap unwinds, bilateral novations) and be the point person working with the back office in reconciliation - Develop strong relationships with a broad set of liquidity providers and trading counterparties - Participate in the development of the group’s trade capture systems and tools for both existing products and expansion products Requirements: - 1-2 years of work experience preferred - A...
