Job Details Instruction Designer (Epic Beaker, OpTime/Anesthesia) Job Description: Summary: Responsible for the development and delivery of training programs for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Educates healthcare staff, including clinicians and administrative personnel, on the effective use of EMR software to ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance with regulatory standards. Creates training materials, conducts hands-on training sessions, provides ongoing support, and assesses training effectiveness. Enhances user proficiency, improves patient care through effective EMR utilization, and facilitates the successful adoption of technology within the organization.
