Responsibilities: - Analyze customer requirements to understand their specific needs. - Provide technical guidance and demonstrate solutions to support customer success. - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical challenges. - Develop and maintain software applications using C++ and Restful APIs to showcase the capabilities of the Matrox development platforms. - Lead client training workshops and deliver technical presentations to educate and support OEMs. - Represent the company at trade shows and visit OEM sites to gain firsthand insights into customer requirements.
