We are seeking a detail-oriented Mold Setup Technician to support efficient and high-quality molding operations. This role is responsible for mold setup, machine adjustments, material management, documentation of processes, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure production runs meet specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Location: Villa Park, IL: Shift: M - F 7 am - 3:30pm Pay: $18.54/hour: Responsibilities & Duties: - Procure, assemble, and install correct mold components according to specifications. - Purge molding machines of previous materials prior to setup. - Set up and adjust mold pressure, temperature, and cycle time to produce parts that meet specifications. - Document and maintain “known good” setups for repeatability and future use. - Monitor resin and colorant levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed. - Coordin...
