PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Applications Developer IV supports USF’s enterprise ERP and reporting landscape spanning PeopleSoft Financials and Oracle Cloud HCM/Financials. The role focuses on delivering and sustaining application and reporting solutions, resolving system usability and performance issues, and ensuring compliance with established security controls and change management practices. This position serves as a senior technical resource supporting PeopleSoft Financials through its planned retirement while transitioning into hands-on configuration, development, and support activities within Oracle Fusion Financials as part of USF’s ERP modernization initiatives. The Applications Developer IV works closely with architects, functional leads, and business partners to translate defined business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly technical solutions that support enterprise operations and decision-making.
