AI Governance Analyst Location: Glasgow: Salary: £50-63K (up to 10% bonus & 15% pension) Hybrid working (2-3 days per week), Permanent Help us create a better future, quicker We are looking for a motivated AI Governance Analyst to support the delivery of responsible, compliant, and value-aligned AI adoption across our organisation. Working within the Digital Planning, Culture & Practices (DPCP) Strategy, this role sits within a hub-and-spoke model, offering the opportunity to partner closely with specific business areas while remaining aligned to a centralised AI governance function, reporting directly into the Data and AI Governance Lead. What you’ll be doing: In this role, you will help embed the organisation’s AI governance model into day-to-day business activities, supporting the monitoring of adherence to Responsible AI principles, identifying and managing AI-related risks, and acting as a key liaison between business areas and the central Data & AI Governance function.
