Position: Vehicle Maintenance Shop Supervisor Type: Full-time: Location: Niland, CA: Travel: 10%: **Contingent Upon Award** Position Summary: The Vehicle Maintenance Shop Supervisor serves as the onsite lead responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance operations for NSW ground vehicles and equipment. This role ensures compliance with preventive maintenance schedules, repair priorities, safety standards, and reporting requirements while maintaining required equipment readiness levels. The Shop Supervisor coordinates directly with Government fleet managers, oversees maintenance personnel workflow, and ensures all work is documented accurately within the Fleet Focus maintenance system.
