Job description

Tasks: Plan staffing and resource allocation efficiently - Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations - Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff - Ensure efficient inbound and outbound goods handling - Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks - Optimize warehouse processes and workflows - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards - Coordinate closely with transport, dispatch, and other departments - Coordinate closely with transport, dispatch, and other departments - Prepare reports and monitor warehouse KPIs - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics process Profile: #LI-BP2 - Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field - Several years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations - Several years of leadership experience - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a structured manner - High resilience, flexibility in a dynamic work environment. - Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office
