Product Manager, YouTube Trust and Safety

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in product management. - 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting). - 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership. - 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - Experience fighting abuse/fraud or shipping features that are susceptible to abuse/fraud (identity, payments, ecommerce, etc.). - Experience launching products at scale and working across large cross-functional team. - Experience making clear decisions in ambiguous problem spaces. - Ability to communicate with partners and stakeholders across a wide range of roles and levels. - Passion for YouTube trust and safety.
