Job Description: We're looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our growing London team at Wise. You'll be responsible for owning Employee Relations (ER) matters across a number of business functions, providing important insights and sound recommendations for policy and process changes, and ensuring key stakeholders are continually informed of legislation, law and regulation updates. This role reports directly into our EMEA Employee Relations Lead based in London.
