Associate, Onboarding Coordinator Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 per year Benefits: PTO, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) match BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Onboarding Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing office in Little Falls, NJ. This office provides best-in-class care to clients and families helping them live safely at home with comfort, dignity, and independence. As an Onboarding Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting future and current field employees through the onboarding and compliance process. You’ll help ensure employees are welcomed with excellence, documentation is completed accurately, and all required steps are in place so caregivers can begin and continue work successfully.
