The Opportunity: As our People & Culture Officer , you’ll play a key role in shaping our employee experience — supporting our people at every stage of their journey, from onboarding through to ongoing development. This is a hands-on generalist role that keeps the engine running behind our people operations. You’ll own the administration that holds the P&C function together — HRIS and employment documentation, onboarding, training coordination, talent attraction, and accurate HR reporting — while fielding day-to-day queries from managers and employees and working closely with the Head of People & Culture.
