Job Summary: This position provides optimal guest service ensuring that all the guest needs are met in a timely manner. The Sales Lead position assists the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in leading the team members in optimal guest service. A Sales Lead will also be responsible for higher level transactions to include cash and safe balancing. The SL is considered an entry level supervisor position.
