Title Hot Foods Service Clerk: Pay Grade: Non-Exempt Major Department: Hot Foods: Minor Department: Hot Foods: Reports to: Hot Foods Department Manager, Store Manager Job Summary: The Hot Foods Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests. S/he is responsible for the merchandise in the hot foods department, which includes: receiving, stocking, preparing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, rotating, and merchandising the department’s products. Hot Foods products vary from locations and can include fried foods, rotisserie items, pizza, Panini’s, tacos, and other specialty items displayed in the hot foods case. As a PFM team member is able to exemplify Pete’s Four Pillars of Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Customer Service.
