Local Service Manager - Mental Health Supported Living Services Birchwood Gardens, Primrose Drive, Shrewsbury, SY3 7FE £38,493.00 - £40,521.00 per annum Contracted 37.5 hours per week: Lead with purpose, inspire independence: We are excited to be launching a new supported living service for individuals with mental health needs and are looking for a passionate and experienced manager to lead and shape this service from the outset. About the role: As the Local Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, recovery, and wellbeing. You will lead a team of support staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
