Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, full-time Pain Management Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our dynamic pain management team at AVH and outreach sites. This role provides compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with acute and chronic pain, helping to meet growing demand for services across our North Country locations.
