We are looking for 2x Waking Night Mental Health Support Workers who will play a key role in further development of the new service. We provide specialist support for up to 7 individuals with complex Mental Health needs in a new Mental Health service. It is a 24hr-service with core support and additional 1:1 hours. The needs of the individuals are complex. Successful candidates will have experience of working in Mental Health Services and understand the challenges (and rewards) that this brings. Experience of working with individuals with potential to present with behaviours that can challenge is desired. The post includes weekend work and is direct support work with the people we support. As a Support Worker, you will be a point of contact for those who need the extra help, be it help with maintaining family relationships, managing their medications or supporting someone through a difficult time by supporting their emotional well-being.
