Position Summary Reporting to the VP, Finance Retail North America, The Director of Finance serves as a strategic and operational finance leader within Sonova’s Retail US organization, overseeing financial activities for a designated legal entity. This role combines strong functional leadership, business partnership, and financial governance to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support business growth. The position acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and guiding financial decision-making. Travel Requirements & Location: Dallas, TX Salary: $200,000-$210,000: Your role at Sonova: You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and compliance, while ensuring strong governance, effective controls, and alignment with global standards.
