Substations Engineering is a key role in ensuring the correct technical direction of our HV Substation capital works projects from MV up to 400 kV. The role has responsibility for supporting development of key substation engineering documentation and content, ensuring our designs are fit for purpose for the successful delivery of our 2040 Net Zero strategy. This role will support all substation capital projects, providing specialist engineering services and support to the wider substation delivery functions in ESB. A focal point of the Substations Design Services Team is the proactive identification and development of standardised design deliverables to increase effectiveness in project delivery.
