Job Summary: Responsible for detailing rebar from contractor drawings, plans or blueprints. Assist with training junior level Detailers. Investigate ways to integrate new technologies into rebar fabrication operations. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities - Determines design requirements as they pertain to concrete and masonry reinforcement. - Generates accurate placement drawings for submittal and for field reinforcing placement purposes. - Facilitates the project between the Contractor, Fabricator, and Ironworkers to ensure the project meets schedule, budget, and quality expectations. - Maintains a clear and accurate comparison of detailed weights and quantities vs. estimated amounts.
