THE JOB: As a On-Call Food & Beverage Steward at Excalibur, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. In this fast-paced position, you’ll support culinary teams by washing and sanitizing dishes, equipment, and work areas, handling waste and inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
