**Now Offering DailyPay** Overview: Assist the Activities Team under the direction of the Director of Activities with the coordination and implementation of the activity programming for the HealthCenters. This position is a great match and rewarding opportunity for candidates with long term care experience. Shift: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm weekdays (plus every-other weekend) Responsibilities: - Encouraging residents to participate in group and/or engage in self-directed activities. - Encouraging participation in activities while respecting wishes of those residents with little or no interest in programming. - Leading group activities as assigned by Director of Activities. - Ensuring resident health, safety and welfare during activities, assistance to/from, transfers in/out of wheelchairs or other specialized equipment. - Providing creative and adaptable 1:1 activity intervention with residents that have little or no group activity involvement.
