Job description

The Fund’s Secretary’s department (SEC) is looking for an Institutional Affairs Analyst to work in its Institutional Events Division (IE) with a focus on supporting the Board operations, including virtual and hybrid meetings of the Fund’s Executive Board and its Committees, Annual and Spring Meetings and other events requiring both on site and virtual platform support. The Division manages the over 370 hours/year of Board engagements. The Institutional Events Division (SECIE) is responsible for planning and management of high-level international events; organization of the work of the Fund’s governing bodies and provision of services to them including through meeting services, information technology and member communications. Under the supervision of the Chief of the Institutional Events Division, the candidate’s main responsibilities will include: Serving as a technical host and/or attendance support for hybrid, virtual, and on-site Board meetings, committee meetings and other engagements.
