Description The teacher reports to the Elementary Principal and works collaboratively with administrative staff, fellow educators, and parents to support each child’s academic, social, and spiritual growth. A Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, mature professional who builds strong, trusting relationships with both children and adults. This teacher consistently models professionalism in appearance and conduct, demonstrating the leadership, stability, and character essential to contributing positively to the school community and the overall program.
