Who we are looking for: State Street Alpha Implementation team is looking for an EMEA Change Management Lead to support management of changes in scope from Service Definition to Go Live. We’re looking for professionals with experience across front and middle office operating models, business analysis, data management and project management disciplines. The role will be client-facing and includes interaction with the wider STT teams and senior management. The successful candidate will collaborate across STT/CRD products and services, to execute client change requests in accordance with defined governance ensuring solutions align to Alpha Standards and are delivered efficiently with any impacts to successful program execution documented and appropriately managed.
