Job Title: Client Services Coordinator: Location: Reston- Hybrid: About the role: This role supports a global client base by ensuring accurate client data management and smooth delivery of certification processes. Working closely with technical and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality service to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client master data across certification schemes, including ISO 13485 and relevant regulations. Create and schedule jobs, prepare mock certificates, and manage certificate data in line with EUDAMED guidance. Perform final quality checks before certificate release. - Handle invoicing processes, including annual management fees, credits, and query resolution. Run reports to validate data accuracy and action compliance requirements.
