The Paralegal provides comprehensive legal and administrative support across litigation, intellectual property, corporate governance, and contract administration. This role supports attorneys by managing case files, coordinating discovery and intellectual property matters, maintaining legal and contract management systems, and assisting with compliance and reporting requirements.
