Job Title: Shift Leader Summary: In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the production staff through day to day activities. Training and developing production staff (operationally and personally. Ensuring health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, reinforcing the organisational safety culture. Reinforcing adherence of the company quality standards. Interacting closely with the Production Manager to execute the agreed production schedule. Work with other departments around site; supply chain, planning, quality, engineering, technical and warehousing etc, to ensure all requirements of production are met. Identify, promote and lead Lean 5s & CI work practices within the production processes.
