Summary: The Claims Coordinator is responsible acting as a liaison between employees, supervisors, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to ensure compliance with laws, proper claim handling, and a safe return to work for injured employees. Key responsibilities include coordinating medical care, managing claim files and documentation for workers compensation and auto claims, providing guidance on policies, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring accurate reporting and data analysis.
