Position Overview: The Manager, Operations will support operational readiness for new product launches and market entries. Located in the Warsaw shared service center, this role focuses on execution, coordination, and delivering operational outcomes. This position will collaborate across internal functions and external partners, working under senior leadership guidance while driving process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives.
