About the Team DoorDash is looking for a Team Lead to join the Enterprise team that will help lead a team of Franchise Account Executives execute the strategy and project planning to grow our Drive business. The DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest restaurant groups in North America. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical piece of DoorDash's growth and success in every market in which we operate. About the Role: We're looking for an energetic, people-first leader who is ready to step into early people management while staying deeply hands-on. You'll guide a team of Franchise Account Executives — bringing structure, positivity, and operational clarity — while rolling up your sleeves alongside them every day.
