This is a senior fee-earning role focused on delivering high-quality, client-focused residential property advice across a broad range of transactions, from straightforward sales and purchases through to complex, high-value and technically challenging matters. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a commercially minded, pragmatic approach, and will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting junior team members, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the practice. About the Team The Residential Conveyancing team forms part of the wider Private Client and Residential Property division, advising a diverse client base including HNW and UWNW individuals, families, trustees, and property investors.
